A little later than usual at posting this week’s Monday Movement… The husband is home from work today and I got distracted by hanging out with him and doing a little spring cleaning.
But, I did get in a GREAT workout this morning—more on that later in the week.
For now, here’s your Monday Movement.
All you need for this workout is a swiss ball and some dumbbells. I did this workout last week and it was a fun switch up to my usual strength training—plus, my swiss ball doesn’t see nearly enough use!
